This hole digger is great for planting trees and shrubs, digging holes for a letterbox or clothesline, and even small fencing projects. Forward, reverse and kickback-off modes give you more options for how to use it, though we recommend always operating the RYOBI planting and digging tool with kickback protection on.
This planting tool digs smoothly into clay, sand and loose soil. It can dig up to 30 x 150mm holes on a 5.0Ah battery – more than enough to prepare a new veggie patch or set the foundations for a backyard fence.
